Automatic Industry Filters with Back Disc

The Last Technology at Filtration :
The water that passes through thin channels between compressed discs is well filtered. Inverse washing happens in 15-20 seconds because the discs separate each other at the time of washing.

 

Work Diagram :
The discs in the filter are compressed with the help of spring and water pressure at the time of operation. There are thin channels on the discs that detect micron level. These channels which are on and under the disc surfaces are in inverse direction as severing each other. When you put one disc on another, these channels constitute so many filter stratums that sever each other. The water passing through these channels is filtered till the particular diameter desirable.

Inverse Washing Diagram :
Inverse washing starts according to the pressure difference between the input of crude water and the output of filtered water or to the time. Filtered water is used at the time of inverse washing. The spring that compresses the discs softens at the time of inverse washing, the interval of the discs opens and dirties between the discs are thrown out by inverse washing water.
