Full Welded Heat Exchangers are like a piped exchanger because of their work principle or face. But in these units wavy paternal plates, which provide higher efficiency, are used instead of pipe bunch. There are no seals between the channels because of being connected each other with Laser/TIG weld. Despite this, it is possible for the unit to be cleaned mechanically by demounting.

The Advantages of Full Welded Heat Exchangers

• There is no seal between the channels. An ideal solution in high working temperatures or when there are aggressive liquids against seal materials.
• Provides a safe work without the spurt risk outside.
• Can be used in working temperatures till 250 C.
• Can raise the working pressures till 25 bar.
• Higher heat transfer coefficients are obtained compared to piped exchangers. That's why the same mission with lower heat transfer space has.
• The liquid volume in it is low. That's why can react quickly and mounting is easy because the working weight is low.
• Only needs %30 of the mounting space that conventional piped exchangers need.
